This class is design to help you explore & unlock your creative self, in ways that you already practised or knew about... but also in completely new ways, perhaps revolutionary ones even!

What you will learn? 

​

*Practical & inspirational tools to unlock more of your creative self + "inspiration" > we want this class to not be too abstract, but rather help you straightaway through the implementation of some key practises 

​

*Why creativity is in fact a spiritual practise & can be developed as such

​

*To free yourself from self-limiting beliefs & inner blocks > creativity is natural: it is a life force + it is not selfish to be creative + art can be your work & purpose

​

*To understand that your creative impulses & yearnings are not random:

they are the Divine flowing through you, you are the chosen vessel for an artistic expression that yet will speak to many of us 

​

*There is nothing like creating from life experiences or emotions: it is making the ephemeral eternal - it is alchemy in flesh: what if you could make art from anything, even the "worst"? what if anything could be a source of art? 

​

*The art we are talking about has no rules: what matters is the process, not the result 

​

*Creative expression can change your life: you will heal + understand yourself way deeper than before

​

*Art is therapeutic: it encourages mastery over emotional material + ownership of one's life events + it opens a sacred private safe space of inner conversation & healing

*Art will allow you to recover a sense of possibility + wonder about your life + faith

*Art will allow you to meet a greater level of self-love & self-acceptance

What will we do? 

​

Weekly calls of 1h30 (Wednesday or Thursday / to be defined based on participants preferences - most possible time: 6pm CET/12pm EST/9am PST)

​

I will share exercises & home work weekly.

Our class will need at least a 2-to-3 hours commitment each week. It is supposed to change you.

You will want to do the exercises and move through the practises to benefit from the class fully. 

​

​

Reflective writing, Poetry therapy, & the use of Metaphors will mainly be used.

A little bit of Painting will be brought on board too.
